2025 Berrien County Board of Elections and Registration Monthly Board Meeting Schedule BERRIEN COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS WILL HOLD MONTHLY BOARD MEETINGS ON THE THIRD THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH. Logic and Accuracy Testing Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the preparation and testing of voting system components to be used in the April 15, 2025 City of Enigma City Council Runoff Election will begin at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday March 27, 2025 or as soon as the database is received, at the Berrien County Elections office located at 201 N Davis St. Nashville Ga 31639. Preparation and testing will continue from day to day until complete, and representatives of political parties and bodies, news media, and the public are permitted to observe such tests.

Intent to Tabulate Early 041525 Runoff

EARLY SCANNING: The Berrien County Board of Elections will begin scanning Absentee by Mail ballots at 6:30pm. on Tuesday April 15, 2025 at 6:30p.m. After Election Day any remaining absentee ballots and any provisional ballots cast in the April 15, 2025 City of Enigma Special Runoff Election will be scanned beginning on Wednesday April 16, 2025 at 9:00am and continuing daily from 9:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. until all ballots are scanned and tabulated.
EARLY COMPUTATION: On Election Day, April 15, 2025, the Berrien County Elections office will begin tabulating absentee ballots at 6:30p.m., at 201 N. Davis St. Nashville Ga. Results will not be available until after 7:00p.m. on Election Day.
CERTIFICATION: Notice is hereby given that computation, canvassing and certification of the returns of votes cast in the April 15, 2025 Special Elections will take place in the Berrien County Elections office, on Friday, April 18, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. All events are open to viewing by the public and will be conducted at the Elections office, 201 N Davis St. Nashville Ga 31639.
