| NOTICE The Berrien County Tax Assessors office will be Reviewing Property between the dates of January 1st through July 1st of each calendar year as their Normal course of Reviews for, New Construction, Homestead Applications, Agriculture Covenants, Additions, Remodeling, Reviewing Permits, Taxpayer Returns, Deed Transactions, Deletions, and Property Owner Requests. Pre-Billed Mobile Homes will be Reviewed May 15th through October 31st for Proper Display of the Current Year Decal and for any additions, deletions or changes to the property. |
